Usabilidad, convertir, persuabilidad…¿Que es todo esto? Usability, conversion, persuabilidad ... What is all this?
Como en todo con el tiempo vamos aprendiendo… As with everything we learn over time ...
Cuando llego internet y se empezaron a generar paginas web, no nos preocupábamos en los usuarios, como las verian o como las utilizarían. La usabilidad se refiere al grado en que el diseño de una pagina web facilita o dificulta su manejo. Si queremos que un usuario se quede en nuestra pagina debemos facilitar al usuario el acceso a la información. If we want a user to stay on our site we give the user access to information.
Creo que hoy en día, todos las personas que se dedican a realizar paginas web tienen asumido que tienen que ser usables. I think that today, all the people who are dedicated to make web pages assume that they have to be usable.
Pero ahora aparecen los siguientes conceptos, convertir, persuabilidad… But now appear the following concepts, convert, persuabilidad ...
Las personas, empresas o cualquiera que tenga una pagina web, ahora no solo quieren tener la pagina, sino que ya que la tienen ¿porque no hacer que sea rentable? Individuals, businesses or anyone with a website, now not only want the page, but because they have it, why not make it profitable?
Convertir una pagina web es hacer que pase de no rentable a rentable. Convert a Web page is to move from unprofitable to profitable. Para conseguirlo tenemos la persuabilidad . To achieve this we persuabilidad.
persuabilidad = persuasión usabilidad. persuabilidad = persuasion usability.
La persuasión es lo que va hacer que un usuario ejecute acciones en las paginas web para que sean rentables. Persuasion is what will cause a user to run operations in the web pages to make them profitable.
Sin duda alguna este es el siguiente paso que tienen que aceptar las personas que se encargan de hacer paginas web. Without a doubt this is the next step they have to accept people who are responsible for making Web pages. 
He intentado explicar lo que yo entiendo por usabilidad, convertir o persuablidad, pero si algo de lo que he puesto no es correcto o me he dejado algo en el tintero… me lo comentáis!!!! Según la ISO/IEC 9241, la usabilidad se define así: According to the ISO / IEC 9241, the usability is defined as:
“Usabilidad es la eficiencia y satisfacción con la que un producto permite alcanzar objetivos específicos a usuarios específicos en un contexto de uso específico” "Usability is the efficiency and satisfaction with a product that allows users to achieve specific objectives in a specific context of specific use"
Vamos, que un usuario tiene que ser capaz de encontrar lo que busca y no encontrar la frustración por el camino. Come on, a user must be able to find what you want and do not find frustration on the way.
